Unit won't power up
  • Check wall outlet with another device. Possible bad power switch, call Precise Biomedical for replacement: 866-772-6011
Unit won't convert to aerosol well
  • Check for good seal on medication vial. Replace if necessary

  • Check all tubing for good fit or cracked fittings. Replace as needed

  • Check output of compressor for strong air output. If good, replace tubing vial
