Problem: Possible Solution:
Unit won't power up:
  • Check wall outlet with another device like a lamp, etc...
  • Check to be sure power cord is securely plugged into unit.
  • Check for blown fuse if applicable.
No output when unit is on:
  • Check for proper foot pedal operation.
  • Check for good patient ground between machine and patient.
  • Possible broken leads. Remove leads from machine and try new leads if available.
Output doesn't seem to be sufficient for wattage discharge:
  • Make sure unit is in "cut" mode, not "coagulate". Call Precise for unit calibration.
