| Unit won't power up: |
- Check wall outlet with another device like a lamp, etc...
- Check to be sure power cord is securely plugged into unit.
- Check for blown fuse if applicable.

| No output when unit is on: |
- Check for proper foot pedal operation.
- Check for good patient ground between machine and patient.
- Possible broken leads. Remove leads from machine and try new leads if available.

| Output doesn't seem to be sufficient for wattage discharge: |
- Make sure unit is in "cut" mode, not "coagulate". Call Precise for unit calibration.
