Problem: Possible Solution:
Unit won't power up:
  • Replace batteries.
  • If rechargeable, put unit on charge and try again.
Unit is eratic or inaccurate:
  • If you have more than one of the same unit, change out finger probe and try again. If this corrects problem, contact Precise for new finger probe.
  • If unit is battery operated, replace batteries. If batteries are rechargeable, recharge unit and try again.
  • If you only have one unit, place unit on finger and wiggle wire on finger probe. If unit display changes or if reading won't settle in, contact Precise for new finger probe.
