Test by plugging a different device in outlet to see if it functions. No suction when unit is on: Possible closed regulator. Remove tubing at the regulator and open regulator for suction, if there is still no function regulator is bad. Order a new regulator. Possible open in system. Start at the regulator, remove tubing until suction is restored. Then, replace the last component (such as suction cannister or broken tubing).
