| Unit won't power up: |
- Replace batteries in unit and try again
|
| Unit is innacurate or won't take measurement at all: |
- If you have more than one of the same style thermometer, change the probe out with another unit. If this corrects the problem, call Precise for a new probe.
- Unit will have a reset switch which is activated when the probe is placed back into its holder. Make sure switch is activated when probe is placed in its holder.
- Make sure correct probe covers are being used.
